HAPPY B'DAY
met up with my best group of friends again yesterday. Seems to meet them a lot these few months. Havnt meet them so much except during schools days and days when i just started work while they were preparing for their NS. I seemed to miss many meetings with them last yr, but nvm shall catch up. This is the group of friends whom I really treasure. The action speaks louder than words and communicate with the hearts group of friends.
b'day boy decided to meet us for dinner for indian cuisine at little india. Little India is a place which I dont feel safe even though I work with indians. haha.. b'day boy jio, just go lor.
Since CNY, working is a chore. What to do? I have to feed my bro and mum, moreover is during this economic crisis. Exhausted after work, meet them for dinner and celebration of b'day. I almost lost my way to the restuarant but still managed to get there myself. The moment I saw my friends I felt much safer. While waiting for the rest of them, we were starving.
After dinner, we had some crap and b'day session in HK cafe at Siglap. Next meet up should be in Mar, b'day for another one of us. :)

What's the "weird" sound?
As usual I'm very bz and working very hard. This morning I had a few calls from Jasmine - this colleague of mine, my lunch kaki, in the another functional group, sitting at the other end of the same office.
First call - she talked abt order which customer delayed to pick up the stock.
Second call - she said, "have u been hearing any weird sound?"
"What sound? Didnt notice! I so bz." I responded impatiently while toggling the computer screen with the mouse.
she added, "me and my group here have been discussing abt the weird sound. This has been a few days." I'm getting frastrated, "I so bz.. didnt notice any weird sound lar" she given up convincing me, "ok lor"
After some time, I heard a weird sound. I quickly called her back to confirm if that was the weird sound that she was refering. She sounded enthusiastic that I finally heard that sound. We discussed where that sound could come from. She believed was from my side but I sensed that was coming somewhere in the centre of the office near her area. I suggested to ask Jean - our newly joined lunch kaki to check if the sound was coming from her area where she was seated during lunch.
Lunch time. Jasmine had appt so not joining us. Jean came over to gather us for lunch. While Jean was waiting for me and the rest of our lunch kaki to be ready, we heard the weird sound again. This time 3 of us heard it. We discussed more during lunch, one of us didnt manage to hear the weird sound but also enthusiastic abt it. Jean demostrated the sound, "miow miow", "ou ou". She demostrated so badly that one of us pinched her and she really "ouch!"
This time, we entered the office by another entrance wishing to investigate the weird sound. I suspected the sound was coming from behind Jean's seat. We managed to see a colleague there, hence decided to ask if he heard such sound. Disappointedly, he didnt understand. Walking back to our seat, still not giving up to find the truth of the weird sound, I asked my "next door" neighbour. haiz...
Alright is time to work... working very hard again but not forgetting the mission to discover the weird sound... ... ... ...
"xx" "xx" "xx" there the sound was coming again.. I quickly alert my "next door" neighbour, "Xiang Jie! u heard it?" "xx" "There it comes again! heard it!? heard it!?" Calmly, he thought for a while, wanted to say something, "ar..?" finally "let me check it out!" he went towards the area which I suspected the weird sound was coming from. He walked back, smiling, "it is the 'VP' in the room who is making the sound." He knew from somebody that 'VP' sneeze very loud in that room next to the entrance I entered after lunch. He saw that she was cleaning her nose, hence concluded. I quickly called Jasmine to share the news to let her and her colleagues in her area to have a peace of mind. Also, i share with my lunch kakis around me.
Thank u, great dectective Xiang Jie! Mission accomplished still continue to work hard till 8pm today.

Happy Valentines' Day?
Happy Valentines' Day? I had 3 romance movie marathon on tv till 3.30am wow!! i've nv feel so romantic and satisfied.. i always believe that it is a day to formally and sincerely show love to the one.
On a as usually bz day in the office on Valentines' Day. A jobless guy delivered a gift to his gf's office and left home. Several missed calls from the receptionist at abt 5.30pm, since almost end of the bz day the lady cant be bothered to return call. Her colleagues helped to deliver the bouquet of bears to the receipant's desk. The lady was quite surprised and embarassed. The bouquet of bears looked familar to her, thinking carefully that she demanded her bf to get it for her on Valentines' Day.
6pm, since was a festive, the lady quickly packed and headed home. She read the card on the uncrowded bus, "the 3 loves on the bears replace the past 3 yrs of which i am not a good boyfriend. I promise I will be a good one from today onwards. Since we been together for 4 yrs, tonight I will give you my 4th love, which is in my heart! Muack!" She was touched and almost tear.
Their relationship ended months later..
I have a lot of question to the story above:
How come the guy was not fetching his gf from work but left his way home after dropping the gift?
Was the guy sincere?
Does the lady really demanded for the expensive Valentines' Day gift?
Was he guilty for the past 3yrs?
How did the lady tolerate for the past 3 yrs?
Personally, I think this relationship should be ended for not celebrating their 1st Valentines' Day!

年过咯!
tmr is the last day of CNY.. havnt blog for the whole of CNY.. it was sort of a fulfilled one..
had fun and companion with my goodie group till CNY eve.. cannot sleep till abt 6am.. missed many gathering with them last yr.. missed a lot of their b'day celebration.. missed to meet them for xmas and new yr.. think i really made up for them ;p Well this is the group of friends that really treasure me and i'll treasure!
managed to catch a nap b4 reunion dinner with my mum and bro and watched the countdown tv program till 3am.. nap again and rushed to my uncle's place for our usual yrly reunion and offerings to my grandma.. me and bro had many UNO rounds with my "underage" cousins.. 温馨.. i'm a loser for UNO and games.. is fated that i'm always not so lucky.. usually my hard work counts.. even i failed.. no regrets.. Year of Ox.. Work as hard as Ox!!
初三：不宜开工.. well.. i reported to work.. each team only abt 2 members turned up for work.. relax a bit.. build some relationship with my customers and thank them for keeping my work till I'm back from CNY.. mid-week 2 more days to weekend.. relax? not at all! had been bz like a mad-cow! smiling away! hee hee!
met my sec sch mates last weekend.. i always feel very out in this group.. not really enjoyable but at least catch up with them and know that they did well in studies and career.. had game at mindcafe.. dinner.. coffee/tea.. i didnt enjoy dinner the most! I'm interrogated by this gossip friends abt things that i've gotten over! didnt like it very very much but i handled well with a smile!
hey! met my goodie group again for reunion dinner this time.. since the next day some of us still need to work.. we had simple chinese dinner, a drink at TCC and ended our day at abt 11pm.. again excited day i slept at 3am.. crawled to work on fri..
this weekend watched mobtv, pet society, blog, laze @home, ..
